It wouldn't positively mean they're better overall, but I do think it would mean they were better at being consistent when it matters the most. </div></div>

Uhh... wouldn't that mean that Clintwood is being consistent when it matters most? If Colonial Beach beats Buffalo Gap, if I'm not mistaken and am remembering correctly, they'll have the same record as Clintwood.
